Starting from Matatiele, this tour takes you through spectacular passes such as Naudes Nek Pass, Carlieshoekspruit Pass, Volunteershoek Pass, Lundeans Nek Pass, Jouberts Pass, Pitseng Pass and The War Trail area — routes famed for their challenging gravel, stunning views, and rich history, many of them being a part of the Ben 10 High Mountain Pass Challenge as well at the Turkana Challenge.
Along the way, ride through traditional Xhosa villages, indigenous forests, and rugged mountainous terrain. The tour combines thrilling off-road sections with scenic tar stretches, offering a true adventure riding experience in one of South Africa’s most beautiful regions.
